  1. Event Bookings
  • All event bookings and payments made through our website are non-refundable.
  • If you are unable to attend an event, your booking cannot be transferred or refunded.
  1. E-Books (Digital Products)
  • All e-book purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Digital products are made available immediately upon successful payment.
  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a cooling-off period as the product is immediately accessible.
  • Once an e-book has been purchased and delivered electronically, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  1. Printed Books (Physical Products)
  • Risk in the product passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier services.
  • Refunds will only be considered for printed books if:
    • The book is returned in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition.
    • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, damaged, altered, or not in a resalable condition.
  • Shipping/delivery costs are non-refundable, unless required by law or where the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
  • Once the returned book has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
  • In such cases, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
  1. Abuse of Return Policy
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds where there is evidence of abuse of the returns policy, including excessive or unreasonable return requests.
